Mireille Mathieu is a French pop singer born on 22 July 1946 in Avignon, France. Revealed in 1965 during a tele-hook, she knows her greatest success between 1966 and the late 80s.

She is often reported of having sold around 125 million albums and more than 50 million single worldwide. She has recorded and performed more than 1200 songs and has sung in 11 languages (French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Finnish, Japanese, Chinese, Catalan and Occitan).

An intriguing composition beautifully sung by this artist. The variations in tempo and dynamics add to the joy of this music. The pictures of historical sites in Greece were extremely interesting. A great video Alfred.
