@p1harw66 Doesnt look like a 345kV line,those lines all have got much thicker cables and almost all of them have got 2 or 3 pair of cables for each phase for better current distribution.The arc from the line doesnt look big also,so i am guessing it is either 138kV or under that.If it was 345kV the current would be so big,that there would just only be a big bang hitting the tree and the breakers in the nearest substation or power plant would trip.
