  • if you need a coffee to wake you up chances are there are other problems in your diet or lifestyle that will increase your risk of heart disease anyway. Coffee is our culture's "accepted" drug, so it is normal to find a mix of industry and government to fund the research to prove to everyone that we are doing a good thing by increasing our addiction to this particular drug.
