Excellent! Dave Gilmour has supreme taste in phrasing - this solo is a marvellous case in point.

This guy is a big Floyd fan if he bought a black strat and the strap the jimmy hendix used that gilmour now has pf is amazing I love this song and not now John goes boss together but dark side of the moon blows me away gilmour is the best member of pf

Quite. I think he once said in an interview that he was happy with the sounds he got but didn't care much for the songs. One of my fav Floyd albums though.
