Where's your net? I expect that fish thrashed with your hand in its gill while the fish layed in the boat - hence the vid ending. Get a rubberized net and un-hook in water!!!

We weren't fishing for muskie, we were fishing for smallmouth and only had a small net. The fish never thrashed around in the boat, we got the fish unhooked quickly and took a couple quick photos and got her back in the water. She swam away just fine and I am sure she survived.
