I wouldn't doubt whether cloud seeding has something to do with all the extra hurricanes. Just because they can do something technically advanced,doesn't mean it's a good idea. I'm not saying all scientific discoveries are bad, but there is just no concept of how much power they have to change the entire planet...too often for the worst, even with good intentions.

Yep, the more I know, the more I see we are going to get screwed up by our own brilliant (or rather birdbrained scientists). They solve one problem and create ten more. A pill for a headache and 10 disastrous side effects. Cloud seeding and no doubt poisoning something, or screwing up some weather pattern. Build a car and end up making holes in the atmosphere. Blow up some physicist's nuclear device and stay radioactive for hundreds of years. They will be the end of us. Not a wise bone in them.
