  • That is a static memory chip not a microprocessor and that window up there is to use UV Light to erase the memory

  • @paparas2000 Not static memory at all, it is a UV (Ultra-Violet) erasable ROM (Read Only Memory).

  • This is why optical zoom is better than digital zoom...that is if you want a tight close up like this video here. Hmm I wonder...was it a microscope powered camcorder built in?
