  • This thing makes a lemur look like a an iphone compared to a vertu. I thought the lemur was really cool but its not really as sensitive and fun as I thought it would be. This on the other hand looks perfect as it very tactile and so brilliant.

  • @jcostello117

Lemur is dead because of the new IPAD. I alway found that Lemur is too expensive for what it is. The Octopus is pure Hardware and a different philosophy/Concept.

I love the Octopus and know it in depth. But there are also other very good controllers in the market. Take what you nedd and like.

  • Thank´s

  • why are all the octopus videos solemn demonstrations, tutorials and so on. why no balls-out enjoy yourself musical videos??

  • Hi, because some users asks for tutorial videos. I love my Octopus and therefore I produced some.

  • what about a video on groove, rolls, and shuffle? thanks dieder!

  • You are right,

I will think about one more video.

    Cheers

  • @DayflightTrok I like the way you do your demos!

  • man, keep posting these videos, excellent stuff and very helpful when sourcing new gear, especially when living in countries where we cant demo gear like this because no where stocks them

  • this thing looks super cool, I've come from a hardware sequencer background, korg electribes, and mc 909, mc 808....love the whole hands on controll aspect.....but hey those damn flashing lights get me every time....but sigh I think this is right outa my price range...?, looks so cool, is there any way of controlling filters and effects via midi msgs, wheather they be vst's or midi enabled outboard gear....Thx in advance. might just have to save me pennies

  • Very Nice!

    Danke!
