Hi Chad -- looks great. one question -- the 7 minutes you showed, are those 3 exercises at that length equivalent to 30 aerobic minutes? or how do we determine what we need? Looking forward to hearing "kathy's" results.

ahaha! well, i'm the "kathy" who wrote the email, and i'm totally blown away by your response. i think i'm going to have to watch some of your other videos to understand the breathing technique, but the whole thing looks brilliant. i may or may not be able to handle the squat against the door - that forward, weight-bearing position is a challenge. but i'm looking forward to trying your ideas. if they wore you out, they will certainly give me a run - pun intended. thanks a million!
