  • ahaha! well, i'm the "kathy" who wrote the email, and i'm totally blown away by your response. i think i'm going to have to watch some of your other videos to understand the breathing technique, but the whole thing looks brilliant. i may or may not be able to handle the squat against the door - that forward, weight-bearing position is a challenge. but i'm looking forward to trying your ideas. if they wore you out, they will certainly give me a run - pun intended. thanks a million!

  • Hi Chad -- looks great. one question -- the 7 minutes you showed, are those 3 exercises at that length equivalent to 30 aerobic minutes? or how do we determine what we need? Looking forward to hearing "kathy's" results.
