I respect his honesty re his emotions and philosophy. Some folks post: "Get a real job" yeah ok, when corporate world has glass ceiling and racists are totally running much of the fortune 500 world. Just as bad, success minorities tend to not give back to their community nor mentor youth. Let's not forget the fatherless homes. Now add all these factors with the numerous others (failed schools, prison pipeline, negative song/movie images, etc) you get gangs. Hopefully we can save more youth

I was in San Quentin younger then that guy is. He thinks being in a gang is all about respect. He doesnt realize hes disrespecting himself and his people. Gangs are for weak minded and cowards. They need to THINK someone is respecting them and its not respect its fear. However they will be on the oppisite side of fear at some point in there gang career. I hope the kid learns and does far more with his life then that. So many kids in gangs waste there lives in that trash ass life.
