In Iraq and Afganistan soldiers must look on civilians casaulties. It is not simple destroy everything on the way mission. WW3 will be different.

I read somewhere that on Tesla weapon americans are working alsow. How advanced they are I don't know. USA has got advantage. Goverment made good policy... US research power is mostly made from international scientists. It gives many new ideas. Alsow they have more money to invest in new technologies.
