All I was going to say was that I do the meat in the pot and brown it there... At the same time I add the other stuff to a pan.. cuts that time down some.. The meat can stay in the pot and you just add everything to it. snap the top on it and go... Nice work.. Some real home cooking .... RR eat your heart out!! None of that 30min meal stuff..

@CraigTube Realistically, Worcestershire sauce definitely has MSG.
Something as innocuous as a tomato has naturally existing MSG... It's not deadly. Asians have been ingesting it in the form of soy sauce for centuries.

If you're thinking of getting a pressure cooker make sure the bottom is heavy enough to saute in. Then you can do it all in one pot and it's already hot when it's time to lock the lid. Also the veg add flavor but if you want good chunks of potato or carrot you can instead add them separately after that tough meat is well cooked, as they don't need so long under pressure. Parboil them during the 15 mins then add at the end. Agree, beef is tender! Pressure cookers are amazing.
Nice vid!

Those sauces you added all have MSG in them !

@deelean No they don't. I read all ingredients on all labels. There is no MSG, or any components that create MSG. That stuff is deadly.

@mommafletch I called it that in one of my other videos and got told it was wrong. I'm sticking to wooster sauce.

You're overcrowding your pan, Craig. If you'd put less in, you'd get the nice, deeply browned meat and veggies that you should have. Thanks for your video.

@madamebullard Great advice. A bigger pan would have been better. Thank you. :)
