WELL IF IM NOT WRONG... What i read about your description is that it is some kind of an exhaust for AIR that has been used to cool off the electronic devices in the cockpit....

ung nabasa ko ung description n2.. naalala ko d2 sa gensan ung cebu pac. A320 may prang bukas na maliit na pinto sa right side n2 d ko lng alam kung ano un. kinabahan pa nga ako e kc sakay dun ung mga personels ng school namin... bka kc mag crash lol :D
