Best to use only raw and organic ingredients of the highest quality.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Avocados
- Juice of 1 1/2 limes
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 of tablespoon of Coriander
- 3/4 of tablespoon of salt
- 1/4 of white onion

METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy.
-Garnish with a cherry tomato and leaf of kale or whatever you like.

Note:
Use as a dip with flax crackers (Check out our other recipe coming soon 'Zucchini Flax Crackers')
Use as a dressing for tossed greens.

Extra: Alternatively you can use a brown onion, fresh coriander and Cayenne pepper if you like it hot.

  • Wow, thank you for the feedback :) We didn't pick up on the colour difference at the time, the original photo we have is very natural, unlike the one on the video. We will be sure to check next time. Thanks again for the lovely comments :D

  • YUCK hold the coriander, please.

White people everywhere, please listen: MEXICANS DON'T USE A FOOD PROCESSOR TO MAKE GUACAMOLE! Processing destroys the flavor. Try using your little hands to chop the onions and tomatoes. One teaspoon of finely chopped garlic and ground cumin followed by a garnish of lightly chopped cilantro on top makes this dip authentic (not coriander!). Oh, and try squeezing the lime juice on TOP of the guacamole and stir. Let your guests use salt to their own taste.

  • Perfect! :)

If you want to have a suggestion, I love your videos! :D And as a photographer I just want to give a small advice for the finish photo:

Never use the flash in dark places. It will make the colors unatractive. The Guacamole has a wonderful color in the the whole video except in the finish line. Use surrounding lighting and never use the flash :) It will give the photo fresh colors which is so important when it comes to food.

I'm amazed with everthing you've done on here! :D
