processor AMD Phenom X3 Mobile processor n830
(2.1 GHz, 1.5 MB l2 cache)
Graphics ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 2813 MB Hypermemory
And 4 gigs of Ram.
I run on a higher quality in napoleon, and in the battles themselves i have no problems at all. Its only on the campaign map and only when moving the camera around that i get stutter, otherwise everything is smooth. Tried lowering the setting to very low but still had the stutter.

what are ur computer specs? maybe its because of your computer?
