Cajon HS Marching Band in Barstow

Cajon HS Marching Band performing in a competition at Barstow HS. We played "La Nouba/Cirque du Soleil." A famous French circus show music. The songs are:

If you look closely at bottom base/base 4 (or the very last basedrum to the very right of the drumline with the biggest basedrum for you people who don't uderstand what i mean) at about 1 minute 40 seconds- more like around 1 minute 43 seconds you will see him get hit in the head by a rifle. And that fool wanted the drumline to wear bandanas instead of helmets!!!! He's lucky he was wearing a helmet otherwise he would have been in the hospital!!!! Anywayz this selection of songs and drill won us first place in Single A Division. But we didn't get first place for overall score. To get sweepstakes for band the judges multiply the band score by 0.8 and add the drumline score and colorgaurd score to that. We didn't get that. But we got sweepstakes for drumline!!!! P.S. If you listen closely right after the third song u hear a late rim shot on a snare drum. That was me. I always Always ALWAYS mess up the end!!!! Sorry!!!!

seriously...if we were to have more clarinets that actually gave a crap about the band...we neednt need to worry about the sound that much....gr....if only clarinets were better appreciated.
