This is for the GMB Monkey shirt dealeo:

I started Rings 1 having had little in the way of experience with gymnastics rings. I owned a set of rings for a few years but had used them for nothing more than various pushups and pull-ups. When Rings 1 came out I was excited to have a program that followed the principals of CST, I knew before I even looked at the materials that it would be cool!
The program was a great change of pace from the High Intensity Interval training I had been doing the previous couple of training cycles. I was looking to put on some muscle and I certainly did over the first 6 weeks which was spent building the base strength required to move to the 2nd phase "Skill Development". I took a week off after my first 6 weeks. During that 6 week period I had been doing a double density cycle. I would do the rings program in the morning and Tac Fit KBS in the evening. I did this M,W,F. On Tues and Thurs. I practiced yoga along with healthy amounts of joint mobility.
After my one week off I continued with phase 2 for another 4 weeks. I made good progress in phase 2 which I found to be much more difficult technically than phase 1. After 4 weeks I took a break for a month and a half so I could focus on some other programs. When I jumped back on the rings for the first time the skills and strength were still there so I started to work on the flow drills. These took it up yet another notch. I would say that each flow was about equal to a full set of 10 or so reps of any of the strength building exercises from phase 1. This program is a blast and I am looking forward to working through the next 3 phases over the next couple of months.
Not sure if I this qualifies for a free monkey shirt but I figured I'd throw what I had out there!
Good video and thanks for putting in your thoughts in the description box it really helps people understand what you were going through.
