This shows the construction of what I hope to be my best region from scratch. Everything is being added as you see it, and hopefully, when done right, the finished product will look pretty good. In this video, the two cities shown are Franklin (the residential and commercial city) and Hampton (the industrial city). This is the final video showing Franklin and Hampton because I want to move
onto to start other cities. Most of them will be the same but each city will only get 1 video for itself until I get into the CBD. The schools were named and parks religious buildings were put into Franklin.

Fraps (fraps.com) was used to shoot this video and Windows Movie Maker was used for editing

  • come si fa ad avere poche auto in giro?

  • @benitoandfriend Sarà nelle opzioni. Impostare il numero di auto ad alta o qualcosa di simile. Spero che tu possa capire questo.

  • where do you download those mods?

  • @kingofrome100 simtropolis or SC4 Devotion

  • What mod are u using to create the groups of trees u place between the buildings?

  • @123stew i forgot the name, but if I remember correctly it should be included in a tree pack that also has a bunch of other tree sets in it as well.

  • ......hhmmmmmm. Bad instructions. The way you lay out streets you are jusk asking for huge traffic congestion ! And judging by how the city looks, there is no room left for railways, metro and bus stations, highways, etc... Bad planning.

  • @themafia306 Home and End Keys

  • How do you rotate/change the way a building faces?

  • I noticed you were putting tennis courts in the land-locked areas in the middle of the residential blocks. I was wondering, would the tennis courts still have an effect (or even get used) if they aren't next to a road?

I was under the impression that anything which isn't next to a road or which is landlocked within a zone simply has no effect on its surroundings and doesn't get used by the sims.

  • @megaipodfan ok thanx!!!

  • @mima9699 you press home on your keyboardand it rotates

  • "I like to live dangerously, bugger off!" LMAO.

  • can you make a land called Redsmith? Redsmith is a residential and Commercial Zone area.

  • @TroyTompkinsRacing ok thanx!

  • @mdsuks Thank you. Sorry for the late replies to the comments.
