It turns out that for dataDyne Central Defection, you don't need Cassandra's necklace. Also, you get a cheat for every single level, no matter how you beat it. The second cheat for each level is on a specific difficulty for each one.

why does the copy i have when you turn it on it has a weird orange flashy background, (doesnt look like a glitch) but i cant figure out how to do single player.
