What makes me laugh the most is the ad for the documentation centre. They show people studying but they're not in the centre... because there are only 10 places there (I can assure you : it is in my university!)

How can we possibly put on the same level Europe direct, "point info" and other services of the DG Communication?

The EU has secured you over 50 years of peace and prosperity after your ancestors have terrorized most of Europe. What have you achieved besides criticizing someone else's work? If you want MONEY, then go and start working for it rather than demanding it! But I'm sure that concept is just as alien to you like understanding the workings of the EU or even better: languages! I am agree that a lot of things need to be improved in the DG COMM. Still the Europeans citiziens are not concern about what is and means the EU.

It should be necessary to create a EU channel for broadcasting in all countries, that way we will know better our neighbours and things inside Europe. We live in Europe but we do not know what is Europe.

The EU should fire and fine all their marketeers and press advisors and PR consultants. That video reminds me of a show in the 80s in Germany. It is uncreative, it is not informative, it looks fake. The people in there look bored. La problema es la qualidad de informacion, just like the Spaniard says at the end. There is only one way you guys will ever entice people to love the EU, and that way is called MONEY
