@robindooreman It is indeed but, what about eating a toxic being that is not only toxic by what it eat, but the enviroment it develope. The planet is fucked up BUT we can chose what is better for our bodies and that only can be knowed with experience.

you're welcome my friend. use olive oil, coconut oil or any kind of vegetarian oil to cook your food it's much healthier than fish oil.

it does, but animal flesh stocks more toxics in it than plants do. u can see about pesticides, plants only get up to 3% or 4% of pesticides mostly, whereas animals with pesticides in them get around 40% of pesticides.

but a small question though, if all living vegetation is also poisoned doesnt that mean that plants are also toxic?

I have taken fish oil to make me healthy but know I see its actually poisoning me.
We need to save the fish as they are filters of the ocean, the lineseed oil is a good alternative
