@YINGLUNG007 it depend on the amount of money you want to spend, you cant go wrong with armalite, bushmaster, or colt. if you have money to blow look into barrett, les baer, wilson combat, and several others.

@SneffySneff Kind of like how you need to make yourself feel like you are better than everyone else around you, because you know you are such a worthless and unproductive puddle of turtle diarrhea?

The only personnel with FA M4's, which is the M4A1 by the way and not the M4, are Army ODA teams and other service SF elements. We (Soldiers) are not issued the M4A1. TeleprompterCazr is correct. You are wrong. You must not have a military background in a CA field otherwise, you'd have known that.

The 3 man team concept was provin in WW2, Korea and Vietnam. These small teams can disappear and reappear like a ghost. They leave very little scant and are harder to detect with scopes. Staying in one place longer than the time it takes for each man to fire a 20rd mag will give them time to call on Arty or air-support..that equals death. Rule 1,Take no unnessary risk! China is still the most likley enemy to invade...at the right time. They own our country's economy.

@Arwrologist That 11% is SDMs, SAW's and sniper teams, and this is written about by a US Army General in a paper where he is requesting Rifle marksmanship training for troops back in 1996 and again in 2007. The weapon that was brought out of service for use in Afganistan is the M14. This along with the HK91, FNFAL, AR10 and other 7.62 semi-auto & bolt action battle rifles rule the battle field past 300m. The only trick is to stay out past 400m and shot, move in 3 man teams. Continued .....

This view is not only my view, but that of many who understand the concept. If another Nation were to attack the USA you need to know what their capabilities are. The capabilities of other Nation are almost the same as our military ground troops. When they encounter an attack from 300m or closer, they will dominate. When their enemy is between 400 and 700m they can only engage with 11% or less of their force, until they get air and artilery support. Continued....

WHAT COMPANY MAKES THE BEST AR ?!
NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THIS QUESTION.
YINGLUNG007 1 year ago
@YINGLUNG007 There is a small handful that make them. What happens is that companies like Colt, Bushmaster, DPMS, Spikes Tactical...etc. hire a machining company to mill the lowers & uppers. Only companies that I know of that make the WHOLE rifle themselves is Superior, Lewis Machine & Tool and a couple others. I think Double Star does also. Its funny to say when that person buying the colt thinks they are buying something superior when all they are doing is buying a bushmaster.

I was dissapointed to hear your comment to mcapps1 below. The US military has not used full automatic, primarily magazine fed weapon systems since Vietnam. Our fully automatic weapons are typically belt fed such as the M-249 SAW, M-240B and Mark 47/48 weapon systems. Military issued M-4's are semi-auto. You say you prefer full auto in combat; have you seen it? Full auto provides no other tactical advantage than suppressive fire. It's less accurate, harder to control and wasteful.

@TeleprompterCzar Im disappointed in your comment. Do you know what suppressive fire is? So what you are saying is that M4's do not have the capability of firing full auto. Well your wrong. I have fired full auto in the past. Its obvious you have no clue what you are talking about and I think your just a troll.
