  • @wogeibe yes, thank you for your answer

  • @sagiordano78 Its simple; regular exercise improves your overall cognitive function and health regardless of whether you are stuck sitting in a boring classroom all day or not. However, if you want to further boost your learning abilities, avoid sitting around for hours dormant while studying or learning. Make sense?

  • @wogeibe Can anybody answer this my question, please? In another video he says that in order to improve the executive functions of the brain you just need aerobic exercise for a short amount of time just three times a week. If students do that, why they still need to move in class in order to learn better? I would appreciate a lot if anybody can answer my question, thank you!

  • You can exercise without having to concentrate. Multi-tasking is impossible because we can't pay attention to two different things at the same time. You can exercise without paying much attention to it.

  • The examples shown are extreme. But you /can/ walk and talk, we all know that. On a treadmill while working is possible, if not slightly more difficult. But we'd figure it out XD

  • But wouldn't exercising while working break the rule for multi-tasking? We can do one activity at a time...
