The democratic nature of these rallies is fascinating, perhaps now with social media technology this would actually work on a large scale. I fear that allowing individuals to represent the movement will lead towards corruption from outside forces looking to co-opt the movement for their own agenda.

My suggestion is that everybody stop making payments an unsecured loans to Wells Fargo, a big recipient of bailout money and most egregious company to use that money to throw a huge party and hand out bonuses!

...for people who don't understand the OWS movement, it is because the people we have given the responsibility of creating fairness for all, have subverted our interests to line thier own pockets and those of their financial backers. Congress and wass street have given up any pretext of honor and continue to do so in the face of the public request to do so. So no more letters to our congressman, we will go to wall street and carry signs!
