don't look down when you kick

keep a guard up(don't leave your hands at your side-they should always be doing something

keep your head streight...it'll keep your balance

keep your weapons in front of your body

and dont have limp wrists...makes you look like a f*g

.....ninja fighting? Lol its basic self defense 101. I had that crap drilled into my head when i was 5. And word of advice, you try spinning off with a gun pointed at ur back ur easily gonna have a whole clip of 9mm rounds raping you in the ass...lol.

@0zzyninja following on: at around 4:51 when you were demonstrating the "hook"...it was more of a crescent kick. Your toes were pointing straight to the sky therefore not allowing the hooking motion. Keep with it buddy. You'll get there.
