A "shoot em up", lots of guns, lots of explosions - type action movie in the style of "G.I. JOE". It follows a group of elite soldiers sent on a dangerous mission to rescue a captured comrade from a remote prison camp.

Filmed in my living room using action figures in one afternoon. Edited on my computer for almost a year. I know there are many flaws: strings/ puppeteer hands can be seen. compositing is rough in spots. colors don't always match, etc. But this has already taken almost a year and i don't know how many hundreds of hours. So, I'm finally ready to declare "that's a wrap" and move on to the next project. I have such great appreciation for what "real" filmmakers do... And for the amount of people that must be involved, and the effort it takes to make a true Hollywood production. My 2nd attempt at a movie on YouTube - so good or bad, let me know what you think! -Mike

  • thanks for the comment and suggestion.. actually some of these action figures were CORPS guys -- as were some of the set pieces.. The next one i'm working on should be done in a few weeks -- it has a few spaceships flying around blowing stuff up.. but i will definitely do another Army one after that..

  • thanks for the compliment.. i decided these aren't "toys"... Instead they're "props".. :-)

  • Hey... That was pretty good. Keep up the good work. And thanks for the comment on my channel.

  • Sean: "Can I watch it again?", "Woah!! Look at that tank blow up!!!", "I like when they shoot and blow things up.

Ian: "Can I watch it again?" "I like when that guy gets in the truck, when it blows up and when the guns shoot".

  • I enjoy how you put so much effort into trying to erase the sticks & strings but there is still a bookcase in the background & pictures on the wall. Classic.
