29 COMMANDO ROYAL ARTILLERY PLYMOUTH CIDADEL 2

every 2 years, 29 commando RA put on a musical/tattoo unlike any other. with a stage as long as a football pitch + fireworks, real 105mm howitzer firings its just amazing. done with the amateur citizens of Plymouth, all proceeds go to charities. here is part 2 with the Band of RM and RA playing "sunset" over a rising moon and setting sun - it is superlative. it is also a vehicle to remember the fallen before flag waving heralds "land of hope and glory."

@TibetanSun - The piece is called sunset and it's my absolute favourite! After 25 years in the Gunners and a few more still to do, I never tire hearing it at the end of 'Beating retreat' or similar. The piece says to me, 'that was one hell of a day, a close run thing there and we deserve a rest now but be ready for more of the same tomorrow!'
