  • Para la masa

    1.Rodar masa de hojaldre y colocar en plancha.

    2.con la yema de huevo pintar los lados de la mas, porque te sirve para pegar las dos mitades de masa.

    3.Hacer agujeros para que pueda salir el vapor y que no quede aguada.

    4. Pintar por afuera con la yema y meter al horno por 30 min @ 300-350 F.

    La temperatura creo que se refiere en Fahrenheit, que son unos 150 Celsius.

  • Hola que tal, a ver si te puedo ayudar.

    1. Agregar cebolla en aceite de oliva.

    2. Agregar pimiento verde y rojo, junto con el ajo, una hoja de laurel y sal, para que la cebolla saque el agua, y ahi como que lo empieza como que a aventare en la sarten. Para que se mezcle uniformemente supongo.

    4. Reducir, hasta caramelizar todo eso.

    5. Agregar Pimenton

    6 Tomate y cocinar hasta reducir.

    7. Agregas el pollo.
