  • I thought I was too old at 45 to start training again, but have made more gains training at home in the last 3 months than when I trained years ago. I have just started doing what you say with the neck, thanks for the great videos. My neck is about 16 and a half now, my first goal is 17 inches.

  • @perfectjohnboy This is great news, thanks for sharing this with me. The body is amazing and will respond if you just put the time in.

Keep me posted on how your doing.

  • I did 3 way neck curl. My neck feels stiff is that safe?

  • @Patriot177689 It is going to feel stiff for the first month until your neck gets used to the work load it is put under.

  • this is the most informational video, i´ve seen in a long time!

If you´d like to, you can put up more neck strengthening videos!

    thanks brother!

  • @unclesmash Thanks, have you checked out all my other neck training videos? There is a bunch of them. I also suggest my TNT Neck training DVD. You can order it at my website in the products section. I will be putting more info out as well as doing a TNT part 2.

  • On the neck exercises. I'm a 25lb plate for all 4 exercises but can do 100 in a row on my side lifts but not on the neck curl or harness work. Should I up the weight I'm using for the sides of my neck or weight till I can do 100 in a row for all the exercises?

  • Good stuff

  • @Passions1869 not quite sure on that one. Um? you can work the neck but as for the jaw.........I guess seek a Doc for this type of thing.

  • @Hingolf thanks bro, I'm glad I could be of some help.
