@solarseeking every1 who does the bear has bad clean form, its because i dont think they care about having perfect form for that, they dotn specialze in O-Lifts, they probably just want to get the damn weight up

Looks like he has way too much weight for what he is doing. He should back it off a bit to prevent injury.

this is retareded my main reason is he could hurt him self an have permanent damage to his back cause once ur back is hurt the aint no fixin it its not like a arm with a few work outs no its for life . lift wat u can carry then add on slowly not like this retareded liftin more then he could carry

if you've never done The Bear.... stfu. It is torturous. I can't imagine doing 185 lbs. I use 115 - 135 and I vomited the last time I completed it.... and I can bench 340 and squat over 400, and I do cardio four times per week. Crossfit is the real deal! I mix it in one time per week with weights and running.
