Joe Lieberman sounding friendly notes?

I cannot be sure, but it sounds to me like Lieberman is thinking a filibuster may be a bit extreme. Or maybe he knows he won't have to be the fall guy? Maybe there is some other traitor to the Democratic caucus ready to join Republicans in their filibuster? I don't know, but from the sound of this exchange, Lieberman isn't all that excited about taking the extraordinary step of filibustering his own party's bill.
