I do use ponds cold cream. but it only removes the eye shadow, doesn't remove the waterproof mascara. unless I am not leaving it on long enough??

don't use witch hazel, it will burn your eyes. Any kind of oil will remove eye makeup. You can use baby oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, or even good old fashioned cold cream (which is really cheep and is easily found at any drug store)
