Weird helicopter fly-by in front of WTC @ 8:59am

It looked at first that this video showed a helicopter flying through the smoke. It now appears the helicopter flew in front of it.

A couple of questions now come to mind:

1) What was this helicopter doing?
2) Why didn't it take any close-up footage of the WTC burning?
3) Is it military? If so, how did it beat the jet fighters to the scene before the 2nd hit?
4) If the dark helicopter was police or news, how did they beat the Air Force to the scene?
5) Is it even a real helicopter, or is it a CGI insert testing out camera positioning before the 2nd hit grand finale?

Well first of all the chopper is flying around the building aka "orbiting," likely assessing damage or getting news footage. Although it looks close, it's likely several hundred or a few thousand feet away from the building being pretty safe. Additionally it would be easy to beat the military there, especially with the tens of helipads scattered throughout New York. It's just another helicopter circling the WTC, this video was also taken from a chopper.

Seriously, it's obviously not a helicopter. It's a Reptilian spacecraft with the queen of England on board. Wake up people. The Reptilians are here, only the penguin soldiers from the planet Mongo can save us, but they are being held captive in Area 51!

it was israeli mossud choppers along with our millitary choppers the goal was not to take pics or footage nor save lives it was simple control the area so they may trigger the secret weapons from a remote area to crumble the towers
