So many different names in Jui Jitsu invented every single day. It's pretty lame and makes shit confusing. If the difference is that subtle then most of us have probably pulled a monoplata just going for an omoplata and having the guy try to escape so we change it up naturally. It's still an Omoplata done in a different way. Like how you can armbar with different grips and positions. Lets make a name for them all now too. Lame. But I was wrong in that case gotta admit.

@JackTheRipher1989 No I mean Monoplata as @steeler43013 suggests above, it's a grip and positional variation (I actually first learnt it from Demian Maia but Marcello.G teaches it a load as well)... but hey, I wouldn't expect most of you to get the subtle differences in groundwork, especially if you're trying to be that conddescending.

Vinny got a raw deal in the UFC. Dana seemed to not like him. He took a short notice fight, got ripped off against Elliot Marshall and then got cut.

Nice sub - think he was going for the monoplata to the arm (like his TUF fight) but got the crank as a fallback. Made better by how late in the fight it was.
Didn't think the commentary was stunning by any means, fair bit of dead time and didn't talk 'around' the fight much at all. Much could have been expanded on and perhaps a bit more enthusiasm shown, felt they got to caught up in watching the fight. It's a hard job though, takes some skill.
