@MegaDeathwarrant Ok, I guess I'll explain. "Heavy" begins to call for the medic as a joke. Heavy is portrayed as a simpleton in both TF2 and this video. Calling for a medic is comical because; a.) The medic couldn't possibly come to his aid, and b.) the medic would be helpless in this situation anyway. When I made my original statement "There are only a limited number of Heavy quotes", I was implying that the quotes used in this video were likely the best fitting quotes available for this...
