Ok, I have to say, Dave Means is really into custom building. He will do almost anything if it's somewhat sensible. It's too bad that he stopped accepting orders. But maybe (I hope!) this will change again as soon he completed all his pending orders. It'll be about one year, probably.

@wwelti No, you are right up there with him. My style is moving towards soprano too. Oh well, my uke arrives today, we will see. He doesn't "customize" too much... It was a little frustrating, but we will see. I like to have low expectations anyway... thanks again

@jinfuuu Hi Parker! Wow. MP ukes are really hi end AFAIK. And yours looks pretty nice too. Well, I'm a soprano player so I wouldn't get a tenor, but I'm sure it's top notch. Not sure if Glyph would be that much better (if at all).

Don't compare me with John King, he deserves better... To find my book, google for "Solo Ukulele für Einsteiger".

@wwelti Yes, I guess as you grow, things become more evident. Unfortunately, I picked a guy to make me a custom uke,(which arrives today), but my tastes have already changed a little... It is a tenor and not very "sexy"... I am sending a link. I wish I had found the Glyph site before i had ordered it... Here it is on youtube "M P Ukulele. Custom made for Parker Coleman" I will look for your book. Keep up the good work. I think, next to John King, you are the best I have found....

@jinfuuu Thanks. Indeed it's a tad wider as usual. All Glyph instruments are custom made, and you can specify some deviations from the standard metrics. It's not much however, just 2 mm more as I recall. Looks like you got a sharp eye for proportions ;)

Ich kann das Zoom H2 Sehen :D das beste um ukulele auf zu nehmen. benutz ich auch immer.

Aber auch sehr schön gespielt
