This was a special request from one of our viewers to do a restorative class. Of course all props go to Judith Hanson Lasater and her book Relax and Renew. In this class we focus on restorative poses to release and let go of muscular and mental stress. If you have a bolster, yoga blocks, blankets, and a yoga strap, bring them to this class! If not, don't stress out, we've worked out some options. Remember to "like" us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Namaste-Yoga/125188310845397. Thanks for all your stories about how Namaste Yoga is affecting you in your life. We're sharing one at the beginning of each episode now!

  • NAMASTE...Gracias !

  • @gcarreno2007 Namaste to you as well. You are very welcome.

  • Hi Victoria... I think you need to listen to your own body, it will tell you when it is ready to come out of the pose. I find about 20 minutes per pose works well in my body.

  • You are very welcome. I think it is one of the most loved classes from Namaste Yoga. Peace, love and light to you as well. <3
