In my opinion the biggest mistake was for the soviet union to be created in 1917. Instead the country should have been called the Slavic Union which would have united all of Eastern Europe into one great Slavic Empire. I'd include the Baltic states, Romania, Hungary and Greece including most importantly CONSTANTINOPLE!!! i'd also include the caucus states especially Georgia and Armenia since they are Orthodox. But we'd include the Catholic Slavs as well of course :) and also kazakhstan
