The UC Regents HAVE MONEY! its not just about the State ISPEEDTOO! There are funds set aside that can be used to save all UC's however UC Regents dont want to use them...in addition most of the UC Regent Reps. have very high salaries while in fact they should be the ones getting pay cuts, not the schools.
