The ships memorial is for two ships that sank, crewed mostly with men from the area. But neither one sank off of Rogers City. The Cedarville sank near the Mackinaw bridge and the Carl D. Bradley sank in Lake Michigan.

I grew up in this hellhole town its bearable in the summer but in the winter you just wanna kill yourself from boredom. don't ever move here your life will be awful
