  • Speechless...so rich, colorful, tasteful, the embodiment of refinement... So much control and integrity, purity of sound. Have any of you heard him live? He gave it all to music, and the cultural mission music had in the world during his life time. To me, he was an aristocrat, the closest you would ever get to the royalty of violin playing. I envy anyone who ever heard him play in the concert halls. Greetings! -Pepe

  • that was possibly the finest, most beautiful, most tasteful violin playing i've ever heard

  • @AuthenticNavyPeaCoat Debussy would have applauded this interpretation. And as a dancer, I see no reason why dancing to this recording would be difficult.

  • where can I find the score for this?? anyone?

  • So much beauty in 3:56 minutes

  • Wonderfull, this is how it is ment to sound ! Without those overdone pathetic rubati of most interpreters even Debussy himself :-)

  • omg! i died hearing this! i could not hold back my tears! i love it!

  • Qué maravilla! Qué interpretación! SUPERBO!!!

  • Beautiful tone but sorry to say he takes this piece way too fast -- the title translates to "more than slow," for a reason. Having once danced a pas de deux to this piece, I would find this version difficult to interpret. Anyone playing this piece, may want to keep us fellow artists in mind this way.

  • Just perfect, fully emotive, colorfull and with fully inspiration, Szering has been caracterized because its deep feeling at the moment to take the violin, listen his Bach's partitas and sonatas

  • @TheClassicalCritic I'll hve this for my ATCL too!
