the video shows an oil convoy, formed by the ferry EDL-II and the tugboat EDL-VII, moored against the left margin at the mouth of the Tapajos river, a tributary of the Amazon river, just in front of the city of Santarem. This technic of mooring, commonly used by the convoys in the Amazon region, causes the degradation of the margin vegetation. The video was taken from the boat Nheengatu in February 25th, 2011
