hey i am thinking about doing one of these myself. if i just buy a pinnacle set does it come with everything i need to do this? or do i buy the green screen separate? if you had like a better explained on how you did this i would really appreciate it. thanks so much! this was awesome! 5*

the green screen comes with the software. the effect is called chroma-keying. It allows you to have a foreground and background video playing at the same time. you select a color in the foreground video to make transparent - green is a good selection because there isn't much green in flesh (just don't wear green or play green instruments). I have three layers of video, so I needed to save the first two layers as a compressed video and do it again to get the third layer.

I used to have a set of congas on my kit. It was a hassle to have to drop a stick to play them. They were big and bulky, and I rarely used them. Even though the roland samples are cheezy and fake, it was all that I could afford. The plan is to get some mandala 2.0 pads and use Battery (like Danny Carey) to get bettery samples. The purpose of the hybrid electric/acoustic kit is to provide the essential feel and sound of an acoustic kit with unlimited access to percussion.
