King of Fighters XIII Presents: The Technical Reference of Ralf Jones

Ralf is looking really good. It would seem to me that he's gonna be in the higher tiers because of easy combos that do boatloads of damage. I think a lot of people who never play with him will now because of the "Pick High Tier" mentality. But we'll see how it all plays out.

i fucking hate how they made him T_T ralf was so cool and now........ this is not ralf

they made all male characters (except ash... i think...:S) look like a tank, they look horrible ¿who da'hell designed them?

Ralf now looks like he could pull off his own moves. SNKP took some effort this time to make the characters look like fighters instead of weeaboo cosplayers, and all people do is complain.
