HighHeels VS. Converse [[A Jemi Story]] Chapter 7 2/10

Title: Let's go play us some football.

At basketball practice.
Demi: *gets on the court*
Zac: Well, its not a surprise youre on the guys team.
Demi: I know, now you have some competition, Zac.
Zac: And now we have someone to distract the other team.
Demi: Yeah but I still cant beat Joe. *frowns*
Joe: *walking by* You got that right. *walks away*
Demi: *grabs the basketball from Zac and throws it at Joes head*
Joe: Ow!!!
Demi: *laughs and fist bumps Zac*
Coach: *blows whistle* All right guys..and Demi. Lets start practice! 10 laps around the court..NOW! *blows whistle again*
Nick: I swear Im gonna shove that freaking whistle up his ass. *starts running with fists clenched towards the Coach*
Joe: *holds him back by his hair and Nick falls back*
Nick: Dude!!
Joe: Run! Now!
Nick: God, youre not even captain yet. *starts running the ten laps*
--Saturday with Demi--
Demi: *coming downstairs with a basketball in hand wearing basketball shorts and shoes and a white tee* Im going down to the park mom.
Diana: Ok, be safe.
Demi: Always am. *leaves to the park and when she gets there she starts playing*
**Authors POV**
Demi starts doing layups and shooting hoops randomly. She was sweating by now with the hot sun beating down her back and her hair that was in a messy pony tail was coming loose. She was about to shoot another basket from the 3-point line when a hard object collided against her head and she fell to the ground in a thud.

As Demi opened her eyes she saw a handsome blonde guy hovering above her. Half of his face was obstructed by the sun so she couldnt tell who it is. Demi squinted her eyes because the sun was too bright and she was seeing purple spots; she slowly sat up. The guy offered his hand and helped her stand up.
"Are you okay?" The guy said, releasing her hand.
"Yeah, what happened?" Demi asked very very confused.
"Well I kind of hit you with my football." He said embarrassed.
"Football player huh?" Demi asked him smiling. He nodded shyly and picked up the football, balancing it in his hands.
**End of POV**
Guy: Do you know how to play?
Demi: Kind of, my friend taught me once but I dont remember much.
Guy: *smiles* Want me to refresh your memory?
Demi: *smiles* That would be nice, but I would like to know your name first.
Guy: Sterling Knight.
Demi: Well, Sterling Knight, lets play us some football.
