@pezcandy8 there's no reason to not wear a mask when working solids. I'd wear one 24 hours a day if I could.

Very nice. And like me a beginner the sway back and forth gives it a lil "life" to it, when I've tried it. Weaver does have awesome molds

@josephludens I haven't had that problem...I try not to leave the molten glass on the brass pins for long.

why where you wearing the mask? I have never seen anyone have to do that before.

@pezcandy8 Gold fume is very toxic. I have good ventilation in my studio but when I'm working with certain raw materials I wear the mask for extra protection.
