You try speaking inglis yourself. You probably can't, because inglis is the hardest language to learn on Earth, and very few inglis teachers are still alive. Even worse, it's a very primitive language, so it's not worth learning at all. You're better off learning something like English, Spanish, French, or German.

No, there aren't any GameCube emulators as far as I know.
But if you have a Wii, you could buy the game and also use it on your Wii.
