  • "kyou wa____ desu."

"kyou" means today, "wa" tells us what is the subject of the sentence, the blank is for what you want to put in sunday-sat. and "desu" (pronounced dess) means is are am

example "kyou wa nichiyoubi desu" -today is sunday

  • There is no romaji in this, only the English translation. But that is not referred to as Romaji. Top is Kanji, middle is hiragana and bottom is plain English ;)

  • @itzmerachel If it helps you, whenever you see the hiragana for 'wo' (which is a particle) it's pronounced 'o'.

  • @moriahlovesrockout 'Last night' is yuube. For tonight you could use 'kono yoru wa' and for tomorow night, no idea.

  • You should've put last night, tonight, or tomorrow night :)

  • Actually you'll half right, the bottom is Hiragana but the top is Romanji.

  • how do you say." Today is" ?

  • It's reccomended you learn Hirigana before you start actually learning the words, I found that much Easier, and I don't want to put anyone down, But this isn't the place to look for Japanese lessons, PS: It's very rude to write Japanese in English/Romajii XD, I noticed alot of that, can you can see they didn't do it in the video.

  • arigatou gozaimasu. kiwotsukete!
