So are you saying, at the end that I can safely use a jumping heavy kick against any opponent waking up safely, except for Yun with Ultra?

@JSedita82 No, that was just a setup for the twins. Not sure about everyone else. Plus this was for AE, not AEv2012. So now this stuff may not work. But I'm working on a new updated tutorial now.
