This sparked a thought. In the field of K12 education which deals with the young, how would the squint test suggest about the management team's profile?

Wide 0pen Eyes work better, I think a lot of business owners / managers use the squint to convince themselves that the team does resemble the market! Squinting is just another technique for fooling yourself. I agree with most of what Tom says here sometimes though Tom does not go far enough. Business is broken because we don't have the nerve to fix it! Open your eyes see what you, me and we are doing right and wrong and work to change...
